Episode 1 – I’m Tired
An exhausted Maxine struggles with caring for her little girl, Zoe.
Starring Sharlene Lindsay as Maxine and Nerissa Golden as Maxine’s mother, Judith.
Episode 2 – Teamwork
Maxine and Zoe are visiting with her friends Aidan and Angela who have four-year-old twin boys Aaron and Andrew. They are hitting each other and Maxine marvels at how the couple work together to discipline the children.

Episode 3 – Messy Potty
Maxine struggles with potty training Zoe and learns how her being disciplined enables her daughter to do the same.

Message – Sometimes doing the right thing can be tough. Think about the long-term benefit of making hard decisions today. In the end your child will be more confident and capable.
Episode 4 – Dinner Time Blues
Maxine is frustrated after a long day and must find a way to get Zoe to eat her food.
Starring Sharlene Lindsay as Maxcine and Sierra Lindsay as Zoe.
Message – Getting children to eat can be a challenge. Eliminate distractions at mealtime. Be persistent and consistent in practicing the same habit for every meal.
Episode 5 – Tantrum
Maxine and Zoe go to the supermarket and a tantrum is close because she is very tired.
Starring Nerissa Golden as Judith, Sharlene Lindsay as Maxcine, Theonna Johnson as Cashier, and Sierra Lindsay as Zoe.
Message – Positive discipline begins with positive habits. Establish your child’s routine for mealtimes, naptimes, and bath times. This helps them to feel secure and safe. They also help busy parents to navigate the daily challenges of life.
Episode 6 – One Greasy Baby
Zoe has made a mess. All of the Vaseline is on her clothes and the bed. Maxine is frustrated as this is not the first time she’s spoken to her daughter about this.
This episode stars Nerissa Golden as Judith, Sharlene Lindsay as Maxcine and Sierra Lindsay as Zoe.
Message – Often children know there are consequences for their actions. Let them be involved in rectifying their mistakes.
Episode 7 – Playtime is Pick up time
Maxine celebrates Zoe packing away all her toys after they have played together.
Starring Sharlene Lindsay as Maxcine, Sandrae Thomas as Kendall, and Sierra Lindsay as Zoe.
Message – Celebrate when your child does something good. Point out the things they did well and reinforce it with a hug, a high five or treat.
Episode 8 – Daddy Surprise
A surprise visit from Zoe’s father has Maxine stressed and worried about keeping her daughter’s world on its axis.

Message – Caring for your child’s needs can be a challenge when both parents don’t live in the same household. Have a conversation about what systems you have put in place to ensure your child’s emotional and physical safety. Both parents need to find common ground on how they will support each other to keep the child’s needs as the priority.
